The #RespectArtists campaign is an advocacy initiative launched in June 2026 by Brazilian-Dutch choreographer and performance artist Anderson Carvalho. It aims to reform public arts funding, challenge the exploitation of independent creators by larger institutions, and push for enforceable fair practices and accountability.
